Sprint member verification process New Sprint Customers • Members complete Eligibility Verification Form and return to Sprint within 14 days. • Sprint will email member, usually within 3 business days that they received form. • It will take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the member to see the discount on their bill.  Existing Sprint Customers Existing Sprint customers must go on line to get form and return via fax with member verification prior to being eligible for credit union member discount. Any of the following items are acceptable for member verification*: • An Account/Loan Statement from the CU (max. 60 days old) • A Debit/Credit Card issued by the CU • A CU Member Card or ID Badge • A Voided/Cancelled check • Screen shots of online banking login or account pages will be accepted as long as the login ID corresponds with the customer name *The form directs the member to black out completely or delete all confidential information Improvement actions: • Provide content for Leagues and CUs to post on websites • Working to implement streamlined, user friendly verification process

  13. updateIIA Sweepstakes • Program Period: November 1 – December 31, 2011 • Members of participating credit unions as of October 14, 2011 were eligible to enter the Invest in America Sweepstakes and could win one of these fantastic prizes: • Grand Prize – 2012 Chevy Cruz LTZ (Estimated retail value of nearly $28,000) • First Place – Sprint wireless package, including a tablet, Smartphone and gift card (Estimated retail value of $5,000) • Second Place - $1,500 gift card to spend at Shop America • We had a total of 15,516 registrations and a total of 92,913 entries (averaging 6 entries per registrant) • 8,849 people signed up to receive Invest in America emails • Winners were drawn on 1/3 and had 10 days to either decline or accept their prize • Winners will be announced in the February 2012 newsletter

Update TurboTax Tax Season Key Dates and Marketing Best Practices Remind credit unions that are enrolled in the TurboTax and/or Jackson Hewitt member discount programs to take advantage of your FREE marketing collateral which includes: New This Season: TurboTax now offers Live Tax Advice for Free by phone and Web chat so CU members will feel even more confident about using TurboTax to file their tax return! If your credit unions haven’t enrolled in the Invest in America tax service programs – it’s not too late. They can enroll online at: http://www.lovemycreditunion.org/Agreements---Tax-Preparation-Programs-727.

UpdateSprint Addendums 97 addendums have yet to be submitted CUSG will prepare a list of these credit unions for each league for follow-up by the end of January A certified letter will be emailed to each CU that has not returned the required Sprint addendum to inform them that their marketing incentive payment will be calculated at the Non-Exclusive participation level ( 50% of their membership)

UPDATEOnline media campaign • The display campaign drove 132 million impressions and a Click Through Rate of .20%, which exceeds the industry benchmark of .09% • The Home Improvement banners and Rich Media banner provided the highest ROI • The search campaign drove 15 million impressions and a Click Through Rate of .92% with clicks increasing over 12% in November with the implementation of Google Site Links

ReminderLeague Tracking Report • Action Requested • Submit quarterly updates by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter using the revised form • Updates to be completed on revised Excel Document • Updates to be sent to InvestinAmerica@CUSolutionsGroup.com • With the new League Agreement coming soon and a revised tracking form under development, your updated tracking report including a full year plan is due 2/29/12 • A report to track league marketing and sales activities for IIA programs • Sprint Sales Activity • Sprint - Marketing Efforts • IIA - Marketing Efforts • Updated by Leagues Quarterly • New report available through NBC’s and on the Partner Center in the LSC Resources by end of January
