  2. Bouncing on a trampoline is a source of fun and fulfillment for both adults and kids. Yet, it poses the warning of possible trampoline fractures, especially to the kids.

  3. Tip1:Jump in the Middle area

  4. Tip 2:Don’t jump nearby • Don’t hop nearby other bouncers which may lead to an accident. Double bouncing can hurt you or another person.

  5. Tip 3: Never land on your head • Always hop on your feet first never jump on your head. Don’t attempt flips which can hurt you. Landing on the head can wound you or even worse cause paralysis.

  6. Tip 5:Only jump when your lane is clear • Entering foam pit with other people already on it might cause damages to you. So, it would be wise if you choose a different lane and be safe. Additionally, exit the foam pit and do not sit on your area of foam.

  7. Tip 5: Do not sit on Trampoline • If you are tired leave the court and do not sit on the trampoline. Also, do not jump while you are tired because if you do you have a higher chance of getting hurt.
