  2. Our Portal is completely white-labelled • Our Lean Training Portal is 100% branded with your company identity, making it look and feel seamless with your internal applications and intranets • All colours and logos are fully customised

Comprehensive Lean Training System – 3 courses to complete • Intuitive design makes for easy navigation and site use, without the need for training • There are 3 courses: • Level 1a – Yellowbelt • Level 1b – Greenbelt • Level 1c – Greenbelt Advanced • You can’t commence the next course before completing the previous

  4. The progress through each course is highly visual • Each course is split into Categories, and each category split into separate Modules • Once a category is complete, the user can download a pdf summary of the learning • Intuitive design makes it simple to navigate through the course

We have 160+ modules of quality content available • Modules range from 3 minutes to 12 minutes in length • All professionally presented and filmed in High Definition • Each video is introduced by an expert before moving into animation to articulate and demonstrate ideas • Course completion statistics are always displayed to show the user how they are progressing

Measure your ROI through the completion of improvement projects • To successfully complete the Level 1b and 1c courses (Greenbelt levels), the User must complete a project • The project must demonstrate the practical application of specific tools and techniques • When commencing a project, the Users are provided with a template for each tool – to get the started • The project not only consolidates the learning, but provides companies with a measurable ROI for the system

Track the performance of your company • Selected Users can be given access to our ‘Client Manager’ which provides visibility of the overall progress of Users • The reporting shows for each course: • # of Registered Users • # of Certified Users • # of Users in progress • # of User not commenced • Average rate of completion • There is also a performance breakdown for each category and each module

Create a culture of improvement through collaboration and sharing • Share questions, knowledge, experience, challenges and victories through the use of a User Forum • Encourage ‘self help’ through searching the site and the forum • Build your internal capability by sharing best practice amongst your Lean Six Sigma trained colleagues • Utilise the FAQ’s to help solve simple queries

Our Pricing Packages • We charge a fee per month for each User of the site • Each User has full access to all 3 courses • The more Users, the lower the cost per User • For less than 50 Users, there is a one off fee of £5,000 for set up, customisation and branding • Over 50 Users, this fee is waived
