  4. All of us have the common problem • There is a communication problem, because we receive many e-mails from different sources and we’re confused. SOURCES -DUWO -Delft Tulip -International Office -TU Delft

  5. How you come with the problems? • I’ve received 15 emails from TU Delft • 6 emails from DUWO • 4 emails from Delftulip • 5 emails from International office • TOTAL 30 THIS IS TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!!

  6. I’ve just arrived and what should I do now?What are the most important things to do? • BICYCLE • CELL PHONE • FOOD • HOME • EDUCATION • CULTURE OH!!! I HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO DEAL WITH!!!!!

  12. Why did we choose to prepare a pop-up guide? • To make it fun and enjoyable • To make people at home through emotional design • Easy to use • Because the images pop out !!!

How did you as a group decide upon the objectives: We made an open discussion about what we’ve been facing as new students in delft, and we find out that many question and doubts where in our minds. -How did you cooperate? Did you divide the practical tasks? How? What went well, what went wrong? Where did you work in a cooperative way, where did you experience frictions? How did you solve this? We cooperated by dividing the tasks once we decided what we where going to do, in our group presentation we present ourselves and said what we though we were good at it, from this first step some of us offered to do some specific tasks and some other divided the load in the topics we where going to work on our guide. The first stages we worked together to find the idea and decide the topics of the guide, we came up with the solution and the work very good, however the session times where not enough to do all we wanted to do. We where from different careers, cultures and formations and we don’t work with the same approaches, based on this we helped each other with the topics and methods we didn't’t know and shared our experiences. 3.What did you learn from the assignment? That there are to many ways to something, depending on culture, country, language and academic formation. We respected each others, paid attention to others ideas and learned from them. 4. Are you satisfied with the results? Why? We are very pleased with the results and the final product we came with, we thing is an idea to help future students to find themselves in an easier way here in TU Delft.
