Using the core indicator data, what opportunities exist for subpopulations? 6. How do we design registered apprenticeship programs that lead to work based learning opportunities? 7. How do we braid dual enrollment and IBCs through the course progressions? 8. What is the process to develop or recruit CTE instructors from existing staff? 5
