The purpose of the support is to increase the benefit of people and advancement of the culture.

    3. December 1, 2005 Plenary of ISO/IEC-JTC1-SC23 at Kyoto 3 Why DCAj is carrying out life expectancy test (1) DCAj noticed that there is no standard recording media to store the digital contents. The life of HDD is too short. It is not known if optical disk has enough life. DCAj decided to develop long life optical media.

DCAj established committee for development The fund was obtained form The Mechanical Social Systems Foundation supported by bicycle race KEIRIN Project started in 2003.
