  6. The Video • John Kluge, a wasteful, overusing, energy-abuser, falls asleep one night, and wakes to find himself visited by three people. Think of A Christmas Carol, where Scrooge is visited by three ghosts, and changes his ways because of their advising. This is the same concept, but Kluge becomes aware of his wasteful practices, and begins to work to change them.

  7. The Opening • Kluge is seen to leave his car running, his lights on, his computer running, sleeps with television on, wasting water, using paper plates, not recycling, and wasting in general.

  8. The Visits • Kluge is visited by Andrew, representing Energy Consumption, Mariane, representing Climate Chance, and Peter, representing E-Waste.

  9. The Ending • Kluge realizes his wasteful ways, and begins to correct them. He knows that it is impossible to completely correct what has already happened right away, but he will begin the process. • We then see him recycling, turning off his utilities, and working to have a lesser carbon footprint.

  10. Methods • We will use a semi-comical style of cinematography, to keep audiences interested, but to give information. • The video will not be one to make people instantly change their ways, but we will attempt to make them think about it, and look into what they can do as well.

  11. From Here? Create a storyboard, detailing each scene and shot, and build a working script for the film.

  12. Und… Violá! • That, plus all the work of filming and editing, will finish the production of our project. Consequently, we will make it known online, and build a network of people watching our video.
