What is science fiction? • Science fiction is the genre of fiction dealing with imaginary content such as future settings, futuristic science and technology, space travel, aliens , and paranormal abilities. • It is a branch of literature that deals with human changes in science and technology.

  3. What isn’t science fiction? • Science fiction can be realistic. • It doesn’t include supernatural things. • It doesn't include mythology.

  8. Fun Fact! • Some SF writers have a strange aversion to technology, surely a startling irony. Ray Bradbury won't use a computer or an ATM and claims he has never driven a car.
