Now that small and medium-sized hotels are also getting into the CRM habit, everybody realizes how essential it is. Yet, making the change after an eternity of manual and hard copy files and folders may seem complex. It may require an initial adjustment period, but things will work out fine. Automation carries many rewards and time is ticking constantly.
