  3. About the hotel • The TrypAlondras is a 3 star hotel • in Madrid. The hotel has problems • and that is why we have been hired to find its advantages and disadvantages in order to help it thrive.

Advantages of the hotel • All of the guestrooms: • Give you the feeling of space and comfort when you get in • Are designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind • Include: a telephone, pay TV, air conditioning, Hairdryer, modem access, trouser press, room service • Other services: • Concierge, night porter, limousine service, rental car desk, laundry service, safety deposit boxes

Advantages of the hotel(2) The hotel has access to many attractions such as: • TeatroEspanol, Teatro Lope de Vega, Teatro Albeniz, Teatro La Latina, Duran Gallery, Warner Bros Park, Reina Sofia Museum Other costumer views: • bed was soft • everything worked • liked location, friendliness, breakfast • good choice for business meetings or events

Disadvantages of the hotel According to the customers reviews some of the disadvantages of the hotel are: • The rooms are small, with bad decoration and too old • The stuff is dishonest and impolite at times • The area is noisy as there are number of clubs next to the hotel • There isn’t any bar or other facilities • Thelift is very small and claustrophobic

Ways to improve the hotel • There needs to be done a renovation to improve the rooms and their size and decoration • The stuff has to be retrained to provide better service to the costumers • The hoteliers should make complaints to the clubs for the level of the noise • There should be build a bar and some more facilities to provide entertainment • A bigger and modern lift needs to be build
