First 1000 days as a FAAP • Leadership development • Goal: To develop members’ leadership skills that are utilized within the AAP, within practices, hospitals and/ or academic settings • Young Physician Pediatric Leadership Alliance program • Established official relationship with District Vice Chairs – Dr Yasuko Fukuda (liaison)
