Data 100% of the participants stated that: • Hearing strategies and ideas from others is helpful. • Using Microsoft Lync was not difficult. • The Instruction was engaging and effective. • The instructional materials were useful and appropriate for learning the content. • The Trainer assessed my knowledge and/or skills either formally or informally. • The overall course was excellent. 96% of the participants agreed that: • The physical arrangements were adequate Most (~80%) participants responded that: • They prefer to join a class via Lync over driving to a central location. • It is not very important to ever meet other participants face-to-face. • They have either never missed a session or viewed the session archive video.
