If you are a North Country resident entering as a freshman with a high school grade average of 90 or above, you can come to SUNY Plattsburgh and pay no tuition. • Graduate in June 2016 and have a cumulative average of 90 or above in a Regents program of study at the time of admission. • Attend full time beginning in August 2016, taking 12 or more credits. • Live on campus or commute from home. Room, board, and fees are not included in scholarship. • Complete college application for admission and related requirements, including filing a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and applying to the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or other eligible non-citizen who pays the in-state tuition rate. • Scholarship covers unpaid tuition after Tuition Assistance Program benefits and any other tuition-specific scholarship for which you are eligible have been applied. Scholarship is for unpaid tuition only. Student is responsible for fees, textbooks, related supplies, and any room and board. • Maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA in each fall or spring semester to which the scholarship applies. Student may receive scholarship for up to eight semesters of consecutive full-time study. One probationary semester is available if student falls below cumulative GPA.   7. Student must attend full time beginning in August or January of the following year, and continue to be full-time each semester. Students successfully completing the CV-Tech PAI program must enroll the following August. • Student must have a cumulative average of 90 or above, in a Regents program of study, as of the end of the junior year of high school. • Student must complete an application for Admission and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for federal and state grant aid. • Scholarship is for tuition only; student will be responsible for fees, textbooks and supplies. • In order to continue receiving the Scholarship the student must earn a minimum semester GPA of 2.75 in the first semester, and in subsequent semesters the student must have a minimum semester GPA of 3.25. • Student may receive the scholarship for up to two years of consecutive study. Scholarship applies to fall and spring semester tuition only. Clinton Community College- Presidential Scholarship
