(1) On Legal Framework… • Include international commitments of countries • Include specific sectors among beneficiaries • Rephrase >> from “effectiveness of the laws” to “level of implementation” of the laws (2) On Status… • Include assessment of media and academe on access to land and tenurial security • Surface the disparity of assessments between two similar actors (e.g. two government agencies) • Surface the relation of access to land and poverty & development • Cite examples of “major developments” i.e. concessions, FTAs (3) On Key Actors… • Include actors who are hindering access to land and tenurial security

CAMBODIA • The study is an entry point though other interventions are needed to influence policy INDONESIA • The exercise can lead to coalition-building and eventually consensus-building especially among AR groups, IPs, environmental groups
