Devon Village Front Wall Key Sedgwick Station Neighborhood Beautification Challenge Devon Village’s Front Wall is actually composed of 6 sections, with different materials and built at different times.   6. Understanding Devon Village Front Wall Inside View This inside view of the wall provides important information on the 6 wall sections. Notice Red numbers, we will use these to reference wall sections. Notice changing wall thicknesses: 3 thinner sections, 2 bump outs, chain link fence which was recently replaced with nice, new block wall in early June, 2011. Will they will be responsible for future wall maintenance? Will they have adequate funding to repair/maintain the Wall? • Devon Village recently installed 138 feet of nice block wall in a few days for part of Front Wall • Why not Repair the rest of the Front Wall? • Many Beautification / Repair Options • Extend Nice New Sec B5 Block Wall 290 feet to get Uniform Wall for full length • Stucco Entire 490 foot Wall for Uniform Finish • Replace 130 ft of Rubble & Block Wall • Remove Bump Outs, Install New Block Wall • Repair Bump Out Areas, Gaps in Brick, Block • Other EMAN Land Use & Zoning Meeting: 6/13/11
