Is the psychological check-up included? (in national legislation) Problem: some psychological dimensions are included in the medical part (attention and concentration, memory, perception, reasoning, reaction time and hand coordination), whereas in psychological must be checked whether “occupational psychological deficiencies” exist. (*) In Spanish law: cognitive, psychomotor and Behaviour-Personality are included in Psychological capacity.
Who is in charge? (of check-ups) (1) In an “homologated” centre for medical check-ups (2) With particular knowledge. (3) Medical and psychological roles differentiated by agreement (unofficially).
