This question popped up during conversations with Jeson Duthie, Samson Selladurai and Giftson Selladurai--the co-founders of the I'm Safety Organisation. With different backgrounds in their professional careers they noticed a common thread that most businesses were looking to comply with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act but the processes were a mess, unconnected or, even more important, symbolic.
That gap? It didn't feel right to them.
They put on their aprons and formed a team that truly cared, and came up with an innovative solution that could transform the way businesses manage compliance with POSH, employee safety and corporate wellbeing.
The Vision was clear, but the Way wasn't easy
In the beginning the group met with HR specialists, compliance leaders, employees from all sectors, listening to the real stories of unsafe systems and broken systems. workplaces. The experience was eye-opening.
They realized that, even though the POSH training was required but there was no simple method to:
