  1. DPR N. 268 DEL 29 NOVEMBRE 2007 Regolamento recante modifiche ed integrazione DPR 567/96 Iniziative complementari e attività integrative nelle istituzioni scolastiche

  2. DPR 268 29.11.07 • Innalzamento a due anni della durata in carica degli studenti eletti rappresentanti nella C.P.S. sostituzione della Confernza Nazionale dei Presidenti delle C.P.S. con Consiglio Nazionale delle C.P.S.

  3. DPR 268 29.11.07 • ATTUAZIONE MODIFICHE • Sostituzione rappresentanti della CPS che decadano per cause sopraggiunte : • Si procede alla nomina dei primo dei non eletti, qualora ne abbia i requisiti; • In caso di esaurimento lista, occorrerà procedere a nuove elezioni

  4. DPR 268 del 29.11.07 • Sostituzione del Presidente • attuazione regolamento interno CPS • Nel caso l’elezione del Presidente sia avvenuta su liste elettorali, si procede con la surroga ; • In tutti gli altri casi si procede con elezioni suppletive

  5. DPR 268 DEL 29.11.07 • COORDINAMENTO REGIONALE DELLE C.P.S. • Regolamento per disciplinare organizzazione coordinamento ; • Designazione di due studenti ( SS 2° grado) che fanno parte dell’Organo diGaranzia Regionale (v. DPR 235/2007 )

DPR 268 DEL 29.11.07 • CONSIGLIO NAZIONALE DEI PRESIDENTI DELLE C.P.S. • Organo consultivo del Ministero • Composizione : tutti i presidenti C.P.S. • Funzioni : coordina scambio informazioni • Promuove attività a rilievo nazionale • Elabora proposte ed indicazioni sul sistema di partecipazione degli studenti
