  11. Aerobic exercise FAST HEART RATE WITH EXERCISE The two types of “Aerobic”: • Easy Aerobic • Hard Aerobic

  12. Aerobic - Easy • BREATHING and FAST HEART RATE • Brisk walking, bike riding, dancing • Good for heart
