  3. DLG • 15 / 16 December, Brussels • Draft agenda sent to REC • Plan is to use morning of 16 December as “programme committee forum conference 2012” • Reminder and announcement to DLG early next week • Extra meeting in Funchal?

  4. Events coordination • Past events • Anna has reviewed and updated all events that have taken place so far. (from Jan 2009) • Anna has (re-)contacted all events organisers to make sure they update their events with presentations, reports etc. • Upcoming events: • We are trying to get confirmation about announced events • Partial feedback of CATALIST • Limited to none coordination potential • CIVINET final conference – REW merger to be discussed in Funchal

  5. Manuals • Ready! • Congratulations to everyone involved! • Funchal as key distribution moment • Polis to do mailing to people who have ordered the manual by means of the flyer • To be advertised at the public involvement thematic group page

Thematic groups • What has been accomplished: • Personal e-mails to the CIVITAS Plus site leaders to enquire for further members: input received. • Update of thematic group information for the new CIVITAS website • CATALIST has been briefed (presentation sent to CATALIST PMT meeting, Stockholm). (feedback?) • Launch e-mails have been sent out • Flyers prepared (together with study tour offer) for forum – will be dispatched at the relevant round tables and technical sessions • Roll-up under development

  7. Thematic groups – next steps • Write guidelines for exchange • Promotion at forum (visible format) • Further update online pages • Add public involvement group • Link with MIMOSA activities on social media • Online visibility • Decide on platform (CIVITAS website based?)

Training session: Bologna • 14 PM/15 AM-PM December • 16 December: Perugia site visit – optional • Productive concall with Bologna • Room booked, catering tbc • Web information and registration form on its way • Poster and flyer ready for Funchal • Speakers as good as confirmed • CIVITAS cities Bologna, Utrecht and Tallinn • Trainers: Steve Cassidy (Renaissance), Eric Sampson and Phil Blythe (UNEW – ITS UK) • Next steps: • Session content and exercises concept • Resource pack and evaluation form • Mailing

  11. RENAISSANCE liaison • Skopje CM and conference went well • Project planned to finish in time • No further events planned, next to final event • Need for clarification of publications • Low presence in thematic groups • Bad visibility online (news and events)

  12. WP4 – CIVITAS@TRA • 1. Special session • a. Part of the official TRA programme • b. 90 minutes • c. Focus: Evaluating local transport measures: lessons from the CIVITAS initiative. We think this can interest the TRA audience. • 2.      REW@TRA • draft programme in time to discuss with several people present in Funchal. • The themes to be addressed are ITS and transport demand management. • we will involve the respective thematic groups. • The programme structure would be similar to the one developed for the Brussels’ event 13 September.
