  1. The CLARK Intranet Service.clarkmhc.com The CLARK Intranet system was designed to give the CLARK dealers as much information and connections to CLARK data as possible.

  2. The CLARK Intranet • The CLARK Intranet system is used to publish as much information to dealer personnel as possible along with access to the Truck Ordering system, Warranty Claim filing, Publications ordering system, etc. • A User Name and Password are required to enter into the Intranet system. This access is, or should be, controlled by the dealer’s Administrator. The Administrator is usually the IS manager and/or another manager within the dealership. Clark asks the dealers to administer this access because Clark is not always informed of employees coming and going and only active employees should have access to this site. • Clark asks that the User Names and Passwords are not shared among employees. If 5 different employees are all using the same sign on and one of them decides to move to the competitor down the street, the administrator will need to change the User Name and Password, if he is aware that the sharing has taken place, or this person will have access to all of the information that an internal employee would have.

  3. The CLARK Intranet • Anyone within the dealership can, and most should, have access into the CLARK Intranet. The Administrator can set different levels of access to any one employee. Some employees can be set to enter the Main Page only; some to enter the Main Page, Warranty and Installation system, and Publications Store only, etc. • If the Administrator needs help in setting up new accounts or editing existing accounts, we will be happy to give them a hand. Please call: • Glen Wood (859) 422-6408 • Billy Marksbury (859) 422-6442 • Paul Melton (859) 422-6443 • These following pages are just a few examples or the information available on the CLARK Intranet system.
