  1. Mental Health Awareness: Bridging the Gap between Poor and Good Mental Health ………………………………… Mental illness is a global issue that affects millions of people across the world. It can manifest in a variety of forms, from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. The impact of mental illness is far-reaching which means these not just affect individuals but also families, and communities. Fortunately, Mental Health Awareness is slowly but steadily bringing about a change in people's behaviour towards mental illness, allowing them to address the issue more effectively. As a result of mental health awareness, people have now started recognising the difference between poor and good mental health. Good mental health is characterized by a sense of well-being, emotional stability, and the ability to cope with life's challenges. People with good mental health are more likely to have fulfilling relationships, succeed at work, and enjoy life. On the other hand, poor mental health is characterized by feelings of sadness, anxiety, or hopelessness. Poor mental health can negatively impact one's relationships, work, and overall quality of life.

  2. Like we said that the impact of mental illness is not limited to the individual affected but it also impacts the families and communities alike. For example, children with parents who suffer from mental illness may experience emotional neglect or abuse, affecting their own mental health. Similarly, people with mental illness are more likely to struggle with employment and financial stability, which can lead to poverty and social exclusion. Mental health awareness campaigns have become a way to impart education to people helping them understand the nature of mental illness and its impact on individuals and society. This increased understanding is encouraging people to seek help when they need it, reducing the stigma that has long been associated with mental illness. These campaigns are encouraging people to speak out about their struggles, thus reducing the stigma associated with mental illness, making it easier for people to access the support they need. Inventive Helping Hand Society is one such organisation that is raising awareness about mental illness and working towards creating a healthier and happier society.
