This bulletin addresses the fan noise and cooling issues observed in Horizontal Deployment FF Models as of May 29, 2013. The primary cause identified was misalignment of the fan blades with the motor due to transportation impacts, leading to contact with the frame and operational noise. Quality Assurance improvements, including the addition of a rubber washer between the motor and clamp assembly, have been implemented to mitigate these issues. Refer to the attached test reports for detailed improvements and adjustments based on the latest quality system enhancements.
