  9. Q.8 Travel on University business • 28.2% responded yes • of those 90% travelled once a week • 8.2% travelled more than once a week • For travel in the UK • 19% used a hire car • 53% used public transport • 28% used another mode

  10. General comments (Q. 10-13) • Incentives to encourage (V. Important):- • Improved cycle routes • Improved secure (& covered) parking • More direct and frequent bus & train routes • Discounted travel cards / season tickets

  11. Q.16 University Parking permit • 16.5% had a permit • Of those: 67% used the permit everyday

  13. General comments • Modus • In all categories more ‘No’s’ (46%) than ‘Yes’s’ (54%) to free travel plans?! • Carshare • 8.1% do already • 31% interested in taking part • 60% No!
