Status by Invoice Enter WEX’s Cage Code 3L5W9 Enter your WEX invoice #
Invoice Problems If you get a blank report, with record count 0, your invoice did not get processed. It’s being held up at DFAS and you need to contact them to find out what the problem is.
Invoice Problems If you get this message in the Status field, that usually means funds need obligated at your local command via STARS, SABRS, etc…
Status and Date Use this report if you have several accounts and want to check more than one invoice or are not sure of the invoice number.
Enter the Cage Code Note that the default is paid, select both paid and unpaid WEX Cage is 3L5W9
Enter Date You can select a specific date range or use the default of 30 days
Scheduled Payments Near the bottom of the report are the scheduled payments
