UAE MAP Bahrain- 1 Hr Flight Jebel Ali-45 min from Dubai- Port Visit location & Shed 66/Quay 9 Fujairah- 2 ½ hrs from Dubai - Sea Port and Air Cargo Hub • Det Dubai Offices located in the U.S. Consulate in Dubai. - Other than MSC (located in same office), customer base is widely dispersed across the UAE (Jebel Ali, Fujairah, etc) and Oman

Who We Are • Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Sigonella, Detachment Dubai (FISCSI Det DUBAI) • DOD/DON Contracting office for UAE and Oman • Provide Fleet and Shore support to deployed U.S. Navy and other Coalition Forces in UAE and Oman • Comprised of a dedicated, customer service driven staff OUR MISSION – Support U.S. Mission in Southwest Asia OUR OBJECTIVE - Develop and maintain strong local ties with corporations and companies who can support the U.S. Military in this Region

FISCSI Det Dubai Customers • FY 2008: 843 Contract Actions - $25.5 million • Customer Base: • Fleet Support – USS Ships (Supply/Logistics) • Expeditionary Security/Construction Forces Support (Supply/logistics) • Military Sealift Command (Ship Repair) • MARMC Ship Repair Operations (Ship Repair) • CTF-53 Logistics Operations (Supply/Logistics) • Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) (Supply/Logistics) • NCIS (Supply/Logistics) • NAVCENT Exercises (Supply/Logistics)

Supplies/Services Procured • Ship Repair • Emergent/Schedule Ship Repair USS/USNS Ships (Must be pre-approved by U.S. Navy to perform actual repairs on ships) • Repair parts to support USS/USNS Ships and patrol boats operating in UAE. (Sea Ark, Kingston, Boston Whalers) • Diving Services • Transportation • Vans, buses, cars, with drivers to support fleet/shore customers • Lodging • Long term stay hotel/apartments • Information Technology/Office Equipment and Supplies • Printers, misc IT equipment, toner • Furniture, copier, copiers supplies, copier paper • Shop Supplies • Hand tools, electrical and plumbing supplies, pipe, welding supplies

  11. How to become a U.S. Navy Contractor • Must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Process requires contractor to obtain DUNS No. & NCAGE Code. • DUNS NO. – From local DUNS and Bradstreet Office • NCAGE – From NATO Website • CCR Registration – From U.S. Government Website ***** Please call us for further information on obtaining the required DUNS/NCAGE and registering in the CCR Database. We will guide you through the process • Provide FISCSI Det Dubai a Line Card of your capabilities
