  1. Equity Crowdfunding Services

  2. About Us ideaPledge.com is a website owned and operated by ideaPledge, LLC ("ideaPledge"). ideaPledge.com is a private investment club, governed by the Terms, and membership is by invitation only from other club members and is free of charge. No portion of the information on this website is available to be viewed by non-members, and doing so is a breach of the Terms and may be subject to substantial legal penalties.

  3. Why use ideaPledge for funding? ideaPledge allows what no other current crowdfunding platform allows, access to the $2 trillion dollar private equity market. Infact, according to Indiegogo’s own published data, the Indiegogo platform has access to 0.009% of the market that ideaPledge can reach. How is that possible? Because Indiegogo relies on getting friends to make gifts and donate money.

  4. What is the Pledge Platform? The Pledge Platform is where Projects are posted by Creators. It is similar to the project grid in Indiegogo and Kickstarter, except that it is viewed by investors, rather than donors, and specifies a percentage of the profits offered for an investment. Please see the Creator User Guide for detailed instructions about how to post a Project on the Pledge Platform.

  5. How will Investors see my project? Creators can post Projects directly to the Pledge Platform. The Pledge Platform can be accessed by Investor Members who have already gone through an investor screening process. You can also invite contacts to view your project using social media, including Facebook and Twitter and many others.
