Disciples in Mission. This experience started a dialogue between my husband and I regarding our faith. This program enabled me to meet parishioners I have seen at Mass for years but have never talked to nor gotten to know.

  1. Disciples in Mission

  2. This experience started a dialogue between my husband and I regarding our faith.

  3. This program enabled me to meet parishioners I have seen at Mass for years but have never talked to nor gotten to know.

  4. It brought together friends whom we have known for years but have never shared our faith together.  It was such a rewarding experience for us to come closer as friends in Christ.

  5. The most valuable part of this small group experience was getting to know new people and sharing my faith in a safe environment.

  6. By sharing my faith with others, I learned that it's not only me who struggles with my faith at times. Meeting others in their journey has helped me.

  7. This program helped me think about my faith throughout the week, not just on Sunday.

  8. The most valuable part was the sense of community with the other members and an appreciation for all their strengths.

  9. I was able to talk about my faith with others and got to know other moms.

  10. It made me realize how much I don’t know about my faith and how I want to learn more.

  11. I learned how to apply Bible readings to my own life. 

  12. The two groups of teachers from St. Matthew learned a lot about their faith through personal experiences. It made us closer and perhaps better teachers of the faith for our students.

  13. We feel better equipped to discuss the Gospels from the weekend Masses as we continue to pray and study them each week.

  14. The most valuable part was becoming friends with fellow parishioners and sharing with my husband.

  15. With the Prayer Resolution my group felt they were growing closer to Christ during their daily lives.
