  2. California Green Business Program (CAGBP) CAGBP is a voluntary program for businesses in California CAGBP is run by a group of local governments and participating agencies and departments in the Counties and/or Cities

  3. AB 913 • Recognizes existing program as model. • Requires DTSC to assist, support and expand program • DTSC to maintain a database supporting local programs • DTSC collaborates with other agencies to bring technical assistance to local govt. • Health and Safety Code Sec. 25244.17.2

Assistance For Local Programs and Jurisdictions • DTSC staff can assist with: • Organization and development of local stakeholders • Sharing of Tool kits and checklists • Access to database • Provides on-line registration for business • Tracking by local program. • DTSC will work with other agencies to incorporate their priorities into certification checklists
