What to do (1/2) • Accelerate growth in membership and activities - Low renewal/retention rate - Local recruitment activities are vital - Enhance members benefits - Recognition & Incentives - Rejuvenate inactive Section/Chapters(3 years) - Opportunity for Section to outreach to non-renewed members, showcasing planned activities in 2011 - Increase industry relationships(sponsorship)

  8. What to do (2/2) • Lack of volunteer representation from R10 in MGA and TCs - Reinforce Nomination for MGA Awards and Volunteer Positions - Profile good volunteers and identify suitable positions for MGAs and TCs • Foster networking for inter-OU collaboration

Pending Petitions • Petitions for 24 subsection formations, 28 chapter formations and 1 upgrade to section as of Feb. 19, 2011 • Recently R10 is facing duplicate membership and wrong OU formation • Member names duplicated in multiple petitions by changing their addresses • Petition submission date and member join dates are within several days of each other • Revising procedure for new geo unit formation approval by MGA committee • In the mean time, R10 is double checking with the parent section
