  11. Elective Choices • Band*** • Orchestra • Choir • Art • Theatre Arts • Dance or en lieu of PE *** Appointments for instrument selection

  12. Course 1 or Pre AP 6th Math Course 2 or Pre AP 7th Math Course 3 or Algebra 2 pathways for Math Pre AP route allows 8th graders to receive High School Credit for Algebra

High School Credit Courses • Algebra (8th grade) • High School Art I or Middle School Art 3 (8th grade) • Spanish I (7th or 8th grade) • Spanish II (8th grade) • Communication Applications/Innovative Course (8th Grade) • Courses which qualify for high school credit will be part of the High School Grade Point Average (GPA). Students must meet both attendance and academic requirements to receive high school credit. Semester exams are administered the last week of each semester (Fall and Spring) counting for 20% of the semester average.
