ICOS Vision: inspection of IC leads • Dual shadow vision system guarantees reliable and accurate 3D measurements on all the leads. • Switching lights eliminate the need for multiple sensors or motion. • Where as single projection systems only look at the side of the leads, the ICOS solution reconstructs a true 3D image of the component. • These raw 3D data are further analyzed to calculate reference planes and specific measurements such as lead coplanarity
