How to change a flat tire Bryce Little
Step 1 • Pull over as far off the road as far as you can. • Turn on hazard lights, and set parking break. • Locate your jack, spare tire, and four way or impact wrench.
Step 2 • Put the jack on the axle in front or behind the flat tire. Slowly jack vehicle up to where the tire is barely touching the ground.
Step 3 • Take your impact wrench or four way and begin to loosen lug nuts.
Step 4 • After flat tire is removed take the spare tire and slide it on to the studs. Take each lug nut and screw them on to start them with your hand. Put on one lug nut and the next one should be put on opposite of the previous one.
Step 5 • Take your four way or impact and tighten lugs opposite of each other. Make sure lugs are tight then twist the jack handle to drop the jack.
Step 6 • Remove jack and check air pressure on spare tire. • Put bad tire in trunk or truck bed and take to a mechanic ASAP.
