Planning & Development Staff Budget Sources Diverse Funding Resources allow for staff expansion and support for program operations CDBG Admin , HOME Admin & TIF Admin used for staff salaries and benefits 5 positions fully budgeted through the City Operating Funds Up to 5 Interns per Academic Semester (GIS, Bike/Ped Planning, Heritage Preservation, Economic Development, Project Specific and Public Outreach)

Federal Timeliness Requirements 60 days prior to end of PY EN+PI < 1.5(PY Allocation) • Reprogram Funds • SBDL Funds to Replacement Housing for Acquisition • Make RLF more flexible • Combine RHP & HRP RL so that balances can be used for either program • Communicate and FOLLOW UP with subrecipients regarding the importance of timely draws
