Empathy is a human trait to be able to put yourself in someone else’s position and experience or feel what they are going through. It helps us in communicating and understanding a situation from a different perspective. Empathy is a vital part of our existence. This behavioral trait helps us overcome social barriers and ensures smoother cooperation. As a business in any industry, catering to a wide range of consumers can be possible only if the business is empathetic. The advent of artificial intelligence solutions has brought about a huge transformation. AI, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms have helped businesses to understand their consumers better. The recognition of needs using pre-given data with artificial intelligence helps us model a predictive analysis of problems. The inclusion of empathy in artificial intelligence will help to modify the existing technology from a machine-oriented one into truly human experience. The emotional capacity of an artificial intelligence model comes from the idea of how it perceives natural human languages. It is a common opinion that Artificial intelligence systems are ethically questionable and that while its use can result in a lot of good things, it won’t take much time to use it for corrupt ideologies.
