What kind of competition is out there? • Next door travel agency is not a rival anymore • Airlines direct and major OTAs share around the world is above 50% on average • They play by different rules: global availability management, discounted and bundled fares etc. • Future of NDC will make it even tougher with dynamic pricing in place rather than today’s static one • Erosion of GDS content makes full content access mission impossible
