  3. Cameron County RMA SELECTED: • Financial Advisory Services Firm (Estrada Hinojosa & Company Inc.) - January 12, 2006 • General Engineering Consultant HNTB -January 23, 2006

  4. Cameron County RMA PROGRESS • Worked with TxDOT Pharr District to identify 9 Pass Through Toll Projects throughout Cameron County • Negotiated identical resolutions from the City of Port Isabel, the Town of South Padre and Cameron County regarding the proposed 2nd Causeway to South Padre Island • Presently working in conjunction with TxDOT on the West Loop environmental assessment. • TxDOT contracted Cal Y Mayor working on Level II Toll Feasibility Study for 2nd Causeway & West Loop

  5. Action Items: • Public Involvement Plan • Strategic Plan • Toll Equity Grant Application • Complete Level Two Toll Feasibility Studies.
