Advocacy & Bullying • Educate administrators and school staff of the transforming role of school counselors • Create individual, small group/classroom, and school-wide programs to promote school safety • Measure, measure, measure results of school counseling programming (in addition to assessing needs of the school) • Collaborate with School Safety Team • Consider the use of electronic forms for reporting HIB incidents • Define your unique contribution in HIB investigations and follow up actions
