  2. ICT for Learning • IT As a subject for Std VIII, IX and X • IT Text Book for VIII, IX and X • IT Examination for VIII, IX and X • IT Practical Exam for VIII, IX and X • ICT Enabled learning for Science subjects in High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools

  3. ICT for Learning – Hardware • IT Lab for all High Schools with minimum 10 Computers • LCD/DLP Projector and SMART CLASS ROOMS for ICT Enabled Learning in High Schools, Higher Secondary Schools and Vocational Higher Secondary Schools

  4. ICT for Learning – Teacher Training • All High Schools teachers are trained in IT • 40% Higher Secondary Schools, Vocational Higher Secondary School Teachers are trained in IT • 14 District IT Coordinators, 139 Master Trainers and 5600 School IT Coordinators are working for Project.

  5. ICT for Personalised learning of Students • Free and Open Learning Web -portal www.resource.itschool.gov.in • Facility for anyone anywhere any time learning • Animated Content uploaded by schools – student and teachers • All Learning contents are developed through Free software

  6. ICT for Administration • All DDE, DEO, AEO, DPO, BPO, DIET offices have Broadband connectivity • All HS, HSS, VHSS have Broadband connectivity

  7. ICT for Administration • 83 Software's are developed by IT@ School for different administrative purpose of Education Department. • They are mainly; UID, Noon meal, SAMPOORNA, PEECS, Staff fixation, Transfer and postings, School sports, Kalolsavams etc.. • All Softwares are in Open source

  8. ICT for Governance • Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation of Education Department are with the support of ICT • Video Conferencing facility from Education department Headquarters to all District Headquarters for Monitoring and Evaluation

Edusat VICTERS Channel • VICTERS – an exclusive Channel for Education • Student Centric Programmes telecasting for 17 hours everyday (6.00 am to 12.00 pm) • Entrance Coaching Programmes like – PEECS • Special exam oriented programmes • Showcasing of best practices in Schools (HaridaVidyalaya Reality Show) • Online streaming of VICTERS

Future Plans • ICT enabled learning for Std VI to XII • Language Lab facility for all HS, HSS, VHSS • 2 regional studios for VICTERS Channel • VICTERS Radio and Noon time English Learning Project • 10 mbps VPN connectivity between 11 State offices and 14 District Offices • 2 mbps of VPN connectivity for all HS, HSS and VHSS • Digital Library
