Cline • Raised in Sturgis area • Husband and Father of 3 High School kids. • Host parent for 2 International Exchange Students • Currently work for Alro Steel Corporation as a Purchasing Agent • Interests: Competitive sports, Fishing, Golf, Family & Friends • Former Co-Owner of Sturgis Trophy House

Business Idea – 5 year plan • Using an existing vacant or partially vacant factory to start an Indoor Go Kart race track (not the slow, putt-putt kind either). • Establish racing leagues. • Provide sales and service of Go Karts, including accessories for competitive Go Kart racing. • Paintball complex for recreation & league • Restaurant • Arcades, Billiards, Table Tennis

  4. Business Idea – 10 year plan • Climbing Wall and Zip-Line • Outdoor Movie Theatre • Private Setting Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tubs • ???????

Business Idea – How will this benefit the Community? • Unique Experience. • Entertainment for different age groups. • Enhances the quality of life in Sturgis by giving people “something to do” in town. • Time set aside for competitive activities and time set aside for youth and family activities. • Fun-filled destination location in Sturgis. • Attract people from other cities, giving them a chance to see what Sturgis is like.

  6. Business Idea – How do I get there? • Work with business professionals to find out how to start/build a business from the ground up. • Work on developing a business plan. • Find appropriate funding and financial guidance. • Build relationships with the City to ensure this establishment will be a contributing part of our community.
