  4. Robbery Recent survey showed over 6% of restaurants experienced at least one robbery in the last three years. Greatest risk between 8 and Midnight Higher rate of robberies in the last three months of the year Higher rates in Houston, Dallas, South Florida, Atlanta, California Bay Area, San Bernardino Risk of robbery goes up significantly in higher risk neighborhoods (16 times for CAP Index 400+)
