Paid Care and Support Services Range of service types each offering a range of service tasks Employer and PA support (via local-EPAC) Local Employer/PA listing site; Forums; Info; Links; DP recipient/PA support packages Volunteering Opportunity and Support Programme Range of support services provided by volunteers to elderly residents Pooled Budget Activity Scheme Opportunities for individuals to pool their Personal Budgets and enjoy activities with friends or others

  4. How does P2P work? Direct online engagement between everybody in the P2P community. There is also telephone and email Customer Service support Everybody goes through a verification process Everybody can choose who they work with and what support services they provide or use Everybody can choose when and for how long they provide or use services and where the services will take place Overall monitoring and policing of system activity

What does P2P Offer? • A safe and secure way for people to have true choice and control over how their care needs will be met • A way to offer more innovative and responsive support services • A flexible and easily accessible work place • A flexible and easily accessible volunteer community • Robust collection and easy reporting of statistics • Capability to enhance service delivery
