Mug Brownie Ingredients: • ¼ cup flour • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder • ¼ cup brown sugar • A pinch of salt • 2 tablespoon canola or any other mild vegetable oil • 2 tablespoon milk, coffee or water • 2 tablespoon chopped dark chocolate or chopped nuts Method: • Use a heatproof mug which can be put into a solo microwave oven • Mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and little milk or water together until the mixture turns into a soft lump • Now add canola oil into the mixture and stir it until it turns into a thick paste • Grind some chocolate and pour it into the mixture • Put the mixture into the microwave oven and heat for 2 minutes • Keep a check on the mixture and take it out as it turns spongy • After it gets ready, take it out and garnish the brownie with chocolate syrup

Rava Kesari: Ingredients: • Rava Roasted – 1 and 1/2 cup • Sugar - 1 cup • Ghee - 2 tablespoon • Water - 1 ¼ cup • Food Colour (Kesari powder) - a pinch • Cashew nuts, almonds, and raisin Method: • Blend all the ingredients together in a microwave tray and place it inside the oven • Cook at a high temperature for 8 minutes • After it gets cooked, let the mixture cool for 5 minutes • After it cools down, garnish with nuts and raisins

Gajjar ka Halwa (Carrot Halwa): Ingredients: • 3 cups grated Carrot • ½ cup milk • Sugar according to your taste • Ghee • Almond • Milk cream Method: • Put ghee in a microwave bowl, add grated carrot to it and then heat at max power for around 8 minutes. • After it gets heated, add milk, sugar and some cream to the carrot mixture. Place the mixture again in the microwave oven for 5 minutes. • After 5 minutes, take out the mixture. • Garnish the mixture with almonds and the delicious halwa

Chocolate Mousse Ingredients: • 2 cups ground chocolate • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar • 2 tablespoon milk • 2 cups whipped cream Method: • Mix chocolate and milk together in a microwave bowl and heat for about 1 and a half minute • After it gets cooked, take out the mixture from the microwave and stir it gently to make the chocolate smooth • Add sugar and cream and fold gently. Pour again into a bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours • Serve once the mix looks perfect
