Discipline Members • You have all been especially selected as expert data users within your fields, being independent of ESA / PSA. • Split by discipline following PSA data content • Coordination via the PSA-Coordinator (Secretary of PSA-UG) • PSA UG Chair pre-selected by H/SRE-SM and H/SRE-OO: Angelo Pio Rossi • Duration of appointment for all members: up to 3 years • Member introductions (PSA usage, experience / expectations – to be discussed in further detail in following presentations)

Communication methods • E-mail: psa-ug@sciops.esa.int • Please use this for official communications • Contains all members, plus the secretary • Please ensure that your contact details are complete and up to date in the form distributed. • Do you need / want a web page? Linked through the PSA pages? • Anything else?

  7. Communication – meetings and reports • Coordination of meetings to be done by secretary (PSA Coordinator) • At least one face-to-face meeting each year. • These official meetings should be at ESAC. • Would be nice to aim for a second meeting this year. • Telecons can be arranged as needed. • Minutes of formal meetings should be public • Annual report to be prepared by Chair and Secretary and presented to the SSEWG.
