  4. in 1837 Florence wrote that god spoke to HERand called HERto his service

  5. In 1844 Florence finds out that god’s work for her was for to become a nurse

  6. ON June 1851, her parents let her become a nurse

  7. IN 1854 Florence led a group of nurses to scutari, turkey to care for sick or injured soldiers

  8. IN May 1855 she became sick and near death for two weeks. within a few months she was back to work

  9. IN March1856 the war that Florence working… ended

  10. IN 1907 Florence was awarded the order of merit by king Edward vii of England

  11. On august 13, 1910 when she was 90 years old Florence died in her sleep
