  1. Rodents of Unusual Size R. O. U. S. Riley Smith, Matt Tyra, Alex Saad, Michael Velasquez, Bryce Pasky

  2. Experimental Design Purpose- to test how much power we can generate with wind power Method- Our gondola has four wind turbines that will generate energy when the wind blows. Our LabPro will measure the volts we generate.

  3. Expectations We expect to generate a small amount of energy, as we are working with a small amount of small turbines with small fanblades.

  4. Experimental Graph

  5. Results of Experiment Turbine 1- N/A, it fell off Turbine 2- Max: 0.08059V, Mean:-0.004797 Turbine 3-Max: 0.03663V, Mean:-0.009666 Turbine 4-Max: 0.05617V, Mean:-0.005864

  6. Conclusions • The Turbines only generated voltage while the gondola was moving up or down • Perhaps moving enormous turbines vertically could be an efficient way of generating energy in the future.

  7. Thank You!
