Proposal for BSR Strategy • Modern education for based-knowledge society in BSR: • Joint (double and triple) diplomas • Open Educational Software • Implementation of e-learning and Long Life Learning • Correlation of programmes and implementation of common education quality systems • Development of modern and specific of BSR education fields

Proposal for BSR Strategy • BSR Advanced Technologies Network: • Development of cooperation between national centers of advanced technologies • Development of R & D in selected fields (e.g. sea protection, bioengineering, information technologies, modern materials, sea and river transport) • Development and implementation of technology transfer and innovation financing mechanisms • Joint development of IP management
