  2. Karen Combe is the VP of Localization for PTC. She is responsible for product, marketing, training, and sales enablement localization and the center of excellence for globalization for the company. Karen liaises closely with the Chief Compliance Officer at PTC on geo-political topics, mostly around risk management, compliance with international regulations, and security.

  3. Mimi Hills is the Director of Global Information Experience at VMware. She is responsible for delivering high-quality help and documentation for products and services, and for localization of software and documentation. The Product Globalization and Corporate Globalization teams have become the go-to teams for issues regarding culture and language. The Ethics & Compliance Office within Legal deals with legal issues.

  4. Michele Coady is a Director of Global Readiness for Microsoft and leads the geopolitical strategy, awareness and risk management for the company. The Global Readiness team is made up of 12 subject matter experts specializing in different areas of global readiness (defined as ensuring that all content is globally appropriate, locally relevant).
