Extending Relief and Improving Reforms • Works Progress Administration (WPA): Work for a paycheck. • National Youth Administration (NYA): Provide education jobs, counseling, and recreation to young people. • Other Reforms • Wagner Act: Get rid of unfair labor practices. • Social Security: Old Age, Unemployment, Disabled. • Expand and Regulate utilities.
