Dates, Dates, Dates • Student Activities Fair • January 27th 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. • All forms due (including allocations) • February 4th by 4:00p.m. • Allocation Decision Meetings • February 6th 9:00a.m.-6:00p.m. Alumni Hall • Re-allocation/Appeals due • February 11th by 4:00p.m. • Reference checklist for more important dates

  8. Here are some items to remember:

  9. What’s due? • Friday February 4th at 4:00 • Updated roster – online to S.G.A. website • Updated registration – hardcopy • Updated constitution – hardcopy and electronic version to sga@albright.edu • Allocation materials

  10. 08 or 09? • Account #s matter and cause most problems • 08-820090-8101-16480 • S.G.A. Allocated – end in 80 • Self-Generated – end in 90 • Not sure what your account numbers are? • Full list can be found in cubbies • behind cc desk S.G.A/Self-Gen Specific Organization

  11. We need your John Hancocks • Don’t forget to make sure all signatures are on check request • Officer signature and advisor • Communication is key • Without signature (s) = process delayed

  12. Get your voice heard! • Remember to attend Senate Meetings: • Let campus know your activities/events • Give us valuable feedback • Hear what everyone else is doing • Absence could affect funding

  14. Hints/Tips for Allocations • DOCUMENTATION is KING • Anything that supports amount of money you are requesting(E-mail convos, paper receipts/estimates, website printouts etc. ) • Be specific • Unclear items? – write us a note  • February 4th 4:00p.m.

  15. To allocate or not to allocate? • Anything owned by an individual • Fundraising items • Food (unless event itself) • Decorations • Personal Loans • Trips outside the U.S.A. • Awards/Prizes/Gifts • Charity Donations • Payment for Tips • Alcohol
